Movie Studio Bali

I urge you NEVER EVER rent from Movie Studio Bali! First, their location is in the middle of nowhere and they want to charge you a rip off fee to deliver and collect equipment. This is not the main business of the owner so the staff therefore appear not to give a damn about their customers or any form of customer service. The deposit they request is more than the new price of the equipment we rented, and they charge you bank fees to receive and pay back your deposit! On receiving a focus pull unit in non working condition, they made no attempt to replace the faulty batteries which would not charge, leaving us stranded on set while they arranged an internal meeting to discuss the matter and then advised us that they decided we had damaged the batteries and that they were charging us for them. Any decent organisation would have refunded our charges, and issued an apology. Will NEVER EVER use these shady people again and strongly advise against anyone else doing so. Disgusted!
